REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Early Cancellation: Requests submitted more than 14 days before the program commencement are eligible for a full reimbursement, excluding a 5% administrative fee.

Late Cancellation: Due to the resources allocated for each participant, cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

Alpha Edge Commitment

In the unlikely event that Alpha Edge must reschedule or cancel a session, participants will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future program of their choice.
